The international Symposium on Patient Rehabilitation, Innovation and Neurotechnologies (SPRINT) will be held from 29th of June to 1st of July 2022 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The integration of novel technologies into the continuum of neurorehabilitation care for patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis and paraplegia will be a major focus of the symposium. Leading international experts in the field such as Julie Bernhardt (the Florey Institute, Australia), Steve Cramer (UCLA Health, USA), Karl Friston (University College London, UK) or Thomas Platz (BDH-Klinik Greifswald, Germany) will be present, and the conference will also include the farewell symposium of Stephanie Clarke (CHUV).
We have also planned a Young Researcher Session on Thursday 30th of June. Three abstracts from young researchers (i.e., up to 3 years after PhD or clinical specialization) will be selected by the Scientific Committee for an oral presentation. An abstract of maximum 200 words (excluding headings for Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion) should be submitted to the congress secretary severine.laithier@chuv.ch by 14th of June, 2022.
