Info:

Unfortunately, due to the COVID regulations in almost every country, we had to cancel our congress of the Surgical Treatment of the Spastic Upper Limb that should take place in Amsterdam in April 2021.

Of course, we trust that we will be able to offer you this wonderful course with the skills lab workshop around the same dates in April 2022. However, we would like to keep in touch and allow all of you to learn from each other and share ideas even in these difficult times.

We have decided to organize a webinar focused on case discussions.

The webinar will be held on Friday, 16th April.

In order to allow people from all over the world and in every time zone to participate we will chair two sessions. One in the morning from 08.30-10.30 and one in the afternoon from 16.30-18.30. If you subscribe to this webinar you will be able to attend both sessions.

The webinar will be hosted by the Amsterdam Skill Center to ensure a very professional organization.

We invite every participant to send in cases at spastic-hand@amsterdamumc.nl.
This could be a case of a patient where you would like to discuss the best procedure, or perhaps a complication that you would like to discuss with the panel. A panel of experts will discuss the cases and supplement the discussion with personal experience. In order to be well prepared we do ask you to send in the case no later than the 5th of March.
This will give the panelists time to prepare the discussion. Of course every participant will be able to actively participate in the discussion through our chat function.

Because we want this webinar to be professionally organized we do charge a subscription fee of 100 € for both sessions. As we anticipate that you will also be enthusiastic to attend our next symposium, you will receive a voucher for a 50 € discount for the live congress that will hopefully be organized live in Amsterdam in April 2022.
